A holistic approach to maintaining emotional, mental and physical health involves self-care on every level. I offer a variety of alternative health services & products that treat YOU, not just your symptoms. I believe that you are not living your best life possible unless your body, mind & spirit are aligned, integrated and functioning at optimal capacity.
Since healing occurs at the rate at which one can receive, I have devised a simple, effective process to help determine the level of receiving. I am dedicated to serving all and strive to provide what each of you needs. An open, ongoing dialogue between facilitator and client is critical; I insist upon open, honest communication in order to support you in realizing the changes desired.
I understand that each of us is unique in our biology, experiences, perspectives. To that end, I strive to offer only those services and supports that I have tried and found effective. Beacuse of this, you can count on me to have the highest vibrational alternative health products. In the event I cannot give what you need, I am happy to refer you to another practitioner.
